JeffreAnn – Vocalist
Throughout her performing career, JeffreAnn has maintained a reputation as one of the most respected and multi-faceted entertainers. Performing music in particular- has always played an important role in JeffreAnn's life. Raised in San Diego, JeffreAnn's early interest in performing led to a passion for musical theatre, which began in school and continued through college as she went on to perform in numerous musical theatre productions throughout California
She was influenced by many artists in the jazz and R & B culture at an early
age. Most
notably, Smokey Robinson, Luther Vandross, Etta James, Tina Marie, and Nancy Wilson. "Ms. Wilson emotes with such grace and
style and maintains an honesty with each song she renders." JeffreAnn's professionalism carries over into the recording studio where producers and musicians find her talent and confidence translates easily onto the recording medium. She continues to be in demand by orchestras, studio recordings, musical and stage productions sharing the stage with many well-known musicians and bands. Her
smooth approach and classic style are unique in this day of "pop" style singers.
She is a true entertainer and continues to enjoy much success with her performances.
Jackie Mitchell Saxophone/Musical Director
Jackie recieved his BA in Business Administration and Music-Performing Arts at Prairie View A & M
University. His training encompassed wind instruments from flute to tuba, as
well as drums and guitar. His musical training also included writing and arranging
music. He holds a Masters in Organizational Management.
Over the years, Jackie has done studio recordings,
performed in musical and stage productions, and shared the stage with
musicians such as Johnny Taylor, Al Green, The Chilites, The Impressions, The
Dramatics, Archie Bell & the Drells, David Ruffin, Billy Preston, GradyTate,
Quincy Jones, and Ray Charles. Jackie has also played with many local
musicians and bands including Mark Meadows, Roosevelt Carter, Carl Evans, Earl
Vaults, Command Performance, Gospel Unlimited, Flash, Coupe De Ville, and the
Johnny Eager Blues Band.

" My favorite instrument is the Alto Sax". However, Jackie plays
all the saxes with a passion and style that moves your soul. His tone
qualities, phrasing and technique demonstrate his admiration for, and
influence of great sax men such as Paul Desmond, Stanley Turrentine, and
Grover Washington, Jr. Jackie's background, versatility and musical diversity
enable him to be a very effective compliment within any musical setting.
